ND Feb99, just received RFE, where they ask about the salary. The salary has increased. Does somebody know, what increase amount is considered SAFE?
10%, 15% ...?
I don\'t think it should be a problem. There was a 45% increase between the salary stated in my LC and the salary that was verified to INS when they sent an RFE for my I-485. There was apparently no problem, since the case was approved soon based on this information.
