RFE as per AVM for ND 2/3/2000

RD 1/21/00, ND 2/3/00, PF 3/15/01, EAC# 00-090-5####, EB2(Current), India.
As per AVM, a notice on 4/26/01 has been sent for Additional Evidence or Information. My lawyer yet to receive that notice. I do not know what more information INS wants from me. Same massage for my wife and two kids.

I know my lawyer will get this notice, but am I also suppose to get a copy of that notice on my address? Do any body know about this? Any help appreciated.

hi - sorry but this is not an answer for your questions. Can you please tell me if you changed address during the whole
GC process? If so,did u change within the city/state or outside the state?
