what message did you hear on avm after updating your RFE? thanks

my RFE updated on 10/17/01, it said another 240 days required to process this kind of case.
 
AVM says that we have received the response on xyz Date and 15-240 days bla bla

But it just got approved on next day after the AVM update and i checked the same on AVM only.
 
RFE sent on 10/02

Still I get the old message nothing about receiving my RFE.
Should I ask my attorney to call IIO? Thanks
