I received my RFE last week which was mailed on Feb 5th. They have jsut asked for EVL and 3 year W2s.
My questions are,
0a) I have been working with comapny A since 1997. My company (A) had a partenership with a big company (cmpny B)for around one & half years since 2001. So, I have W2 for 2001 and a partial W2 for 2002 from company B. All my paystubs in 2001 and initial months of 2002 were issued from company B. After mid 2002, everything came back to company A again. When I send my W2s for RFE, will this be any problem?
0b) Recently my company (company A) changed its name. They say they will issue my EVL in the new name's letterhead and official name change letter for this RFE. Also, my company says that they have informed IRS/INS/Labor dept about this name change already. Will there be any issues?
1.Can I delay (do i need to?) sending these papers as my spouse is out of the country and I am planning to travel mid next month?
2. If I send the papers now and what if I get it approved before I start my travel, while my spouse is not here?
3. Can I (primary applicant) stamp now and can my spouse (derivative) stamp later?
OR
4. Can I just travel on AP, come back and then we both stamp together?
