The RFE was in regards to employment.
My case is a little complicated -- My sponsoring company was sold & bought in April, 2002. The lawyers advised the new company to file 140 amendment for all the employees who had their 485 in process. After I replied to my 485 RFE, INS issued a RFE on the 140 amendment in Nov, 2002. Now, both the 140 amendment & 485 r pending!
I do not know what to do move my case forward. Should I contact a Senator to find out whats happening on my 485 case. Will that help? If yes, how do I contact the Senator?
