RFE and Type of Documents

I have attached an Excel file here. I have compiled a list of documents that USCIS asks for when issuing an RFE. Please note that it is an exhaustive list and an individual may or may not be asked these documents. I have just made an attempt to list them together so that you could keep them ready or work towards obtaining them if you do not have these documents. Most people would have these documents by now.

The "Possibility" column indicates the frequency with which these documents are asked. Right now, there is a considerable delay in approval and hence with inevitable job changes, the majority of RFEs are job, salary related.

Again, not everyone will go through this and the document asked could differ depending on an individual and his/her circumstance.

I just got to know I got a RFE too.Do not know the contents.
Question to the forum is: can you use AC 21 if ORIGINAL employer does not want to cooperate with responding to rfe? Can you use it once rfe sent FROM/ BY ORIGINAL EMPLOYER and approval yet to occur, if the employer does not want to support your employment or your GC case, if need be?

That will be a BIG problem dev28. No employer, no GC. No sponsorer, no GC. Join a company which will support you. GC is for job in future and right now you should have a job in same or similar occupational classificaton. If you are not able to produce pay stubs, it is an indication that you do not have job which could result in immediate denial.
 
RE:BIRTH AFFIDAVIT-COPIES VS ORIGINALS

KINDLY CAN YOU LET ME KNOW IF YOU SENT IN AFFIDAVITS FOR BIRTH EVIDENCE AND IF SO, DID YOU SEND IN COPIES OR THE ORIGINAL AFFIDAVITS?
I WANT TO KNOW IF I HAVE TO WAIT FOR ORIGINALS OR IF THE COPIES ARE OK.
