I just gave my finger prints for second time on 1/12/03. Our attorney office also answered the RFE. Today I checked the online status. I saw the following message.
"On January 15, 2004, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case."
Is there a way that I can check if INS received my finger prints from FBI. Is there a number to call and check on this.
