I got RFE, asking about the continuation and future-employment-confirmation, Dec 29th, 04; replied and status changed to received by USCIS yesterday.
Just waiting... don't know if retrogression is going to effect my case.

No, I applied with my current employer.
The query was asking to "show the evidence that I am still with the employer/future employer and to show that the terms and conditions mentioned in I-140 will continue to exist".
