Friends I have a question about RFE cases in which paystubs are asked for.

My friend was on vacation for more than a month and took some leaves without pay. The employer agreed to adjust the vacation on without pay into two consective paystubs.

What happens if the two paystubs show less than the regular pay for two consecutive months. Are there any complications.

If asked for three months paystubs can he show more than three months paystubs to make it look ok.

Or should he wait for the next month paystub that shows full hours and then submit reply.

Any suggestion will be helpful.

thanks

I dont think amount on paystub really matters

What they look for is whether you are still employed in same or similar field.

Tell the truth

I think it is safer to send the most recent paystubs even if there are some vacation time. If u are still skeptical I think there is no harm in sending a letter from the employer to state that u are still working.

I would suggest waiting for the last paystub with the full salary without any deductions to be included in the RFE, plus an employment letter to prove to them that he is still with the company. ;)

2 to 3 pay stubs with less or more money won't mater.

2 to 3 pay stubs with less or more money won't mater.

THe point is that you have to show that you are still,
a working horse.

A horse which can make money.

For that 2 things are very important,
1.)Employment letter.
2.)Last year's tax returns ( W-2 Only) You need not call no IRS Office.
3.)Pay stubs, make sure you keep your pay stubs at a safe place.

Thanks

thank you all..but...

thank you all...for your suggestions...

i still have a question ...
arent there any chances that if paystubs with deductions is submitted, the long vacation time may be assumed as forced vacation and that might jeoperdize the situation and delay the process further....say by calling the person for interview...
