RFE and Covering Letter

Hi,

I got an RFE for my/my wife's and Daughter's EAD/AP

The RFE is "Please submit a photocopy of personal data pages of your valid passport, which include your photoraph and biographic information. The photo
copy must be clear and readable in order to accurately deletermine the photo identity".


I am going to send color copies this time.

Is there any standard covering letter I have send ?
can I send all (my wife and mine and my daughters) in one single FedEdx cover? Do I have to send them seperately.

Any ideas ?

Can you please post more details about case, Notice date, LUD changes, RFE Date, I have been waiting for my EAD approval since 2 weeks, my notice date is VSC-11/15.
