RFE and Address Change call to USCIS

Hi,

I am primary and got GC approved, my wife's still pending.
I called USCIS to find out my wife's status, also to change the address.
My wife's status(on internet) has been changed the same day, they changed her address in records(received confirmation of address change).

It's almost 10 days, my attorney hasn't received any RFE from USCIS.

1. How long does it take to receive RFE?
2. Do they always(RFE) send to attorney?
3. If i call USCIS do they tell what kind of RFE that was?

"On April 25, 2005, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283"

This is not an RFE. If you read it again you will se it says "we (means USCIS) responded to your(Means your wifes - the applicant) request for more information concerning your case.

You receive this when you update your address (which you said u did) or you initiate a staus inquiry. So please do not wait for the RFE letter as this is NOT AN RFE.
