RFE and 2nd FP

What are the chances of getting RFE if 2nd FP is been issued. IS there any connection between the two or these are disjoint things. Because recently I revceived 2nd FP which is scheduled for 19th Sep, and then another 1-2 month for the case getting picked and then if officer generated RFE then another 3-4 or 5 months god knows how long world be the wait.

Go for an early FP if possible.

FP is generated though the case is not picked up by an officer. So you might get an RFE after your FP is done or you might get approved.
 
Frantic can you advice me about my 2nd FP. Shall I call HArtford BCIS center before going there or just go there. Do you have any idea whether this center accpets early FP.
