RFE-Amended 140 responded in First Week of October but no change in the AVM...

My attorny replied for RFE (Amended I-140) in the first week of October but there is no change in the Automated Voice Mail. I called IIO last week and I was told that it will take 30 to 60 days to update the AVM. My attorny sent Amended I-140 form, $115 check and other documents as a repsonse to the RFE by FedEx. Anybody is having the same problem?

EAC-99-166-xxxxx for I-485

Still waiting for approval. Same message in AVR

My attorny did not file Amended I-140 separately. Am I going to get one more EAC# for Amended I-140?
The AVM says "We requested additional information on Sep ...etc". I was expecting to hear something like this "We received the response on xxx etc".

I got a letter from INS-NSC today. It is an approval notice for Amended I-140. Also called NSC AVM today, says RFE. What is this all about? Can anyone help?
