RFE after approval

My cousin's wife (Dependent) has recieved an RFE after I-485 approval notice and she had her PASSPORT stamping done. The RFE is for medical examination. They have replied for the RFE back to INS (Saying she cannot take immunization as shes pregnant now).

They are planning to go to india during December month. Do you guys think if there will be any problem at the port of entry? (if there are no decision made by INS)

Your input will be really appreciated.

If she has stamp on her passport then should be fine. And also take a copy of proof of the letter you submitted to INS and also the proof of the reason and you can always explain it to the concerned officer at POE.

If I were you, I would also take a second opinion of an immigration lawyer's as this is a really serious concern. My 2 Cents!
