RFE after AC21 on employers ability to Pay

How often do some one get RFE after using AC21 on employers ability to Pay.
Is it good to joing a very small employer with 3-5 employees or is ti good to joing big company ?
 
big company no problem

as long as they are paying you > whats in the labor i guess u should be good. probably wont even get an RFE as big companies are well known and they do have the ability to pay
