RFE after 2nd FP

We did 2nd FP on August 7, and received by CSC on 12th, now received emails for RFE (23th), I am neverous to know what it will be. At the same, it means more delay on our cases. Anyone on the same boat this month? I saw most people got approval after 2nd FP

I've done 2nd FP on July 12, now I got RFE (on 23rd too). May be we both are in the same boat.

update on RFE

Just got the call from my lawyer, USCIS asks for

1, EVL
2, W2 for 2002, 2003
3. legal status from 1996-1999 ( when I submit teh application, only submit the H1b from 1999 on)
the first 2 items are easy to get, I hope I still kept my I-20, need to seach for them.

Could someone help a sample of EVL? Thanks
