I Applied to AOS Octo, 2001 and I applied to renew my AP Visa 09-19-2002, and I applied for my wife's i824 Oct, 2001 also. I have been talking to INS for the past two month, they always told me that they are working on my AP and my 485 is no dues yet. Today I called them and the IIO told me that they are requesting more information and I should hear something from them in the newxt two weeks. The questions that I have are :
1) whey they are processing all of my applications together.
2) is this usually what happen when your application is almost approved, is this when they ask for Employment Verification and Tax Information? and if that is true, then how long does it take after that until i get the Stamp on the PP.
3) If you guys know exactly what they usually ask for, I would really appreciate it if you would tel me, so that I can prepare the documents ahead of time.
