RFE was isuued for W-2 & birth cert. We fedex to INS on 12th dec. as per fedex, INS has recieved on 13th. only problem was we had to change zip code
zip code given on RFE never found in fedex system. Could it be a problem that INS will say they never recieved our response? Any suggestions or input in this matter will be highly appreciated. our case is very old.
