RFE, AC21 and new job

Hi Gurus:

Here are my case details:

PD: 9/2001
RD: 9/2002
ND: 10/2002
FP2: 11/23/2004
RFE: 12/28/2004
EB2 @ NSC.

My 485 was filed by Company A.
I left company A and joined Company B 180 days after filing 485.

I have a once-in-a-lifetime offer from Company C to join by January 3rd week 2005. I got this RFE on the same date as I intimated my decision to Company B. I just got the emails from USCIS. I am not sure of the contents of the RFE but am guessing that it would be EVL and BC.

Can I join Company C and use AC21. Problem is I might not have enough pay-stubs to respond with the RFE since normally there is just a 90 day period to respond to RFE's. Any recommendations gurus?

You can change as long as the job is in Same/Similar occupation. Actually I am also in similar situation and Gurus responded that there is no limitation on number of job changes as long as it is same/similar job. I think couple of paystubs should be enough to show that you are working with that company for which you are asking AC21. Please read this http://www.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=156622
