RFE - Ability to Pay (Please advice)

Hello:

My I-140 RD is 8th July, 2004. I got an RFE on Ability to Pay. My lawyer says it is enough to give Tax Returns of the Company for the last 3 years.

Do you think it is enough or should I submit anything else also???

I think you can attach your W-2 forms if your wage is actually paid as LC, it doesn't hurt, right.
 
Where should I look (what line numbers) in the company's tax returns to see if the company has not incurred a loss but a profit which is more than my preferred wage?

Also, is the company's tax return form called Form 1120.

Please let me know.
