I have an RFE (photographs) on EAD. the online message says 60 - 90 days.

Can I walk in to local INS office to get IEAD on 91st day of RFE?

My lawyer's assistant is not very sure and said there are different timing regulations based on RFE. I am not sure what she meant. I will be talking to my lawyer tomorrow.

Please help me if anyone had this kind of experience.
 
RFE on EAD

Hi,
I had similar RFE for photographs. And the funny thing is that there was no mention on RFE on INS website when I went online using my Receipt Number. But when I went to Philly office for Interim EAD, I was told that you can't get Interim EAD because INS has put hold on your file. I was shocked to hear that and 10 days after this incident, I got RFE for photograph.
Anyway you can try for Interim EAD. There is no harm in trying. You may be lucky to get the Interim EAD.
