RFE 30 day approval theory

Got RFE on 2/24/04; response received 3/4/04. No approval yet as of 3/30/04. I guest the 30 day theory is again proven false by the BCIS.

Any new theory, Dengdeng?

Same here. My RFE was received on March 3rd 2004. Still no news, no second FP notice. I am in a dilema to contact the Senator Lautenberg. Any thoughts...

RFE was received by CIS end of jan. already done 2nd FP. Nothing yet
I dont know when the number comes in this roulette.

My theory

My theory is that all rules are out of the window for BCIS. They can approve, disaprove, reject, rfe, transfer, deny or shred your file at caprice. I have never felt so helpless before. This process is truly an ordeal.
