I switched jobs after 180 days from my 485 RD.
I am on 1099 with comapnay A with EAD; working in company B (big corporate) in a contract-to-hire position. Company B has hiring freeze now.
I received an RFE asking for
1) recent employment letter / pospect
2) Immigration status since last entry into US
will a letter from company A above indicating that I am with the comapny on 1099 and will continue in the near future be sufficinet. Comapny B will not give such a letter because of legal dept.
Any thoughts/ directions will help
