Following are the details I received
1) Please submit a current employment verification letter stating your date of hire, prospect for continued employment, job title, work duties, and salary.
2) Please submit a complete copy of your 2000 and 2001 Federal Income Tax returns to include W2.
3) Please submit copies of your pay statements for the past month.
My discrepencies now are:
job title is different,
work duties will be different, but can be word smithed to be similar,
prospect of continued employment, will be difficult for my company to give, layoffs layoffs layoffs going on,
salary is not the same as in LC....
the other two I can provide.
Can any one provide me the "sample letter" for the above item 1.
