AVM changed to request RFE but the online status is still the same: got your fingerprint and process has been resumed...

So the RFE notice will send to my lawyer or myself? I just changed my address...
 
Your lawyer will get it.
You better notify INS about your address change asap.

My voice msg changed to "RFE has been sent...," where as the on line has not changed.

AVM says RFE sent on Nov 4th - Not yet recd the letter, so do not know what the details are.
