Revoking of GC process?

Hi All ,

It is a sad situation.The person I once trusted ,is ignored me.

Me and my wife Applied for I-485 (it is pending) to gether,we already got EAD.

Now we have domestic issues,And I am planing for divorce. I applied GC through Employment based category.

Is there any way I can revoke her GC process,is I need to wait untill our divorce approves legally ? what happens if She will get GC in the mean time

Please help me how to stop that cheater to get GC from me.

Do you have children? Do you need to handle custodial issues etc about them?

One of my friends went thru this and he actually said he saved a lot of headache because they waited until his wife also got GC, as otherwise custodial issues etc. require both parents to remain in the same state, and inform each other whenever they're moving or leaving town etc.

In fact they work much more according to a plan these days (whatever little they do) than ever they did when they were married. It would have pretty tough to do this (and they're required by law to comply with certain such things) without both of them have GC.

Do yourself a favor and get her GC

NO We donot have any kids,We just married 2 years back.So ...how can stop processing her GC ,please any body suggest
