If I stick to my employer for the first 180 days after applying my 485 and change job via my H1 visa transfer to another company and continue my GC, can my previous employer revoke my 485?
What are the possible problems one can face after they switch job in 485?

Employer can not revoke your 485. If 140 is approved and 485 is peding for 6 months, then you can change jobs as per AC21 and keep GC proceess in progress.
