Revisit on B1 business visa for personal reason

I had a query, i have a B1 visa, which is valid for 10 years. I want to visit my boyfriend in Boston. What is the procedure for the same. I have already been to US on business before this in March and want to visit my boyfriend some time in September for week or so. Please let me know the procedure for the same and what is required from his end.

AS long as you hold a valid visa and you are not a subject to residency (I think there is only a certain number of days a year you can stay in US, might wanna check on that with the embassy in your country) you will be just fine coming into the country. Do not advertise that you are visiting a BOYfriend, just say you are visiting a friend. The rest of the procedures are the same...
 
Tell The Truth

The third time I came to the US (after being 4 months in my home country) I had to face a second inspection. I think that telling the truth was, not only a relief for me (I was really nervous) but also an advantage. My boygriend is a green card holder and he's the reason I've been coming and going. I told them the truth, that I was visiting my BF. They gave me another 6 months. So, after what I've been through, my advice would be: tell the truth.
 
I am in the same boat !!

I am on my H1B and My GF has a B1 visa for 10 years and is in India . she had visited USA this April on business reason. I am planning to bring her to the US on the same visa to skip the long wait for H4 appointments. Is it possible ? If yes will they ask for any supporting documents at the Port of Entry to prove that the visit is for business purpose ? What is risk involved ? People who have done this before please help me out and throw some light on the situation.
 
There really is no difference in terms of visa stamp for B1/B2 except for company notation at times when it was originally granted for business.

Now depending on the intent with which you want to enter will call it B1 or B2 once you enter.

The POE asks your intent in this case it will be for visit not business so no documentation for that is required.

That aside I assume she is coming after marriage to you. It will be dicey if you try to bring her in on B1, she may not get enough time to stay even for six months. And if you try for COS you may not get it either, as she will be coming here after marriage to you with intent to change status
