A nice report to read and learn about the INS current policies and procedures and the future recommendations. They are trying to implement some sort of enhanced system to stop terrorist to enter in to this country. We need to wait and watch the process for sometime until the homeland department is fully satisfied about the Visa issuance policies and procedures.
