Guys,
I re'ved an RFE(but my wife and kid).
Now i have used AC21 in my case.
Would that RFE go to my old employer's lawyer or it would go to my new employer's firm.
I(my lawyer) have already informed USCIS about my AC21 case about 10 months back.

So what is your idea?
What can RFE be???

So that would be my new lawyer not old one.Right?
Would accidentaly they send it to old lawyer.?

My new lawyer has already submitted G28 form 11 months back.
So hoping that he might get that.
Also surprised is my lawyer has already send AC21 letter with Evl 11 months back when i joined the company.
but still the sent an RFE. So that means they dont care. they go by rule that if anything longer then 6 months in file you have to sent RFE.....

Lets c when does my new lawyer rev'es it.

What can come in terms of RFE(I know aout EVL and W2's)
what else can it be????
Just curious. don't whether this is good sign or bad as mine is AC21 case??? :(
 
U are lucky to get RFE where as most of WAC02070 - 100 people are still waiting.
May be ur AC21 letter might have triggered to get RFE early.
 
I dont know but...

It seems to me that they are just making sure that you are still there before they adjudicate. My lawyer is getting Approvals 4 weeks after RFE received back at USCIS --- so good luck!!!!! Thrilled for you and your family.

You got to post the

i-485 receipt date and notice date.

reach_honey said "wac02169". This should be sufficient if you want to know ND which is 4/29/2002. RD should be a few days earlier than ND.
 
I feel reach_honey should have posted the details with the first message itself as it helps everyone.

I know she did post them later.
 
In my case old lawyer got the RFE

I had sent my new employment details (AC21) and new G-28s by the new lawyer in October 2002 , but the RFE was sent to the old lawyer ..

I had been checking up with them after seeing the online status change .

They (the old lawyers ) faxed me a copy of the RFE (EVL,Tax returns with W-2s and last three paystubs ) .

RFE for my wife was for I-134 / EVL letter from my (Primary) employer in original ..

It is better to check with the old lawyers also ..
