Hello

got H1 extention twice, however I did not get it stamped immediately. Now my 485 is uder process, I have EAD and valid H1 visa. Can I get the stamping done now? How long is it going to take? and what all the document I need to get the passport stamping done

Whether you can get the re-validation done here in St.Louis
depends on:

1) Whether or not you have atleast one H1B stamping in your passport.

2) How long ago your earlier stamp expired.

If you find yourself meeting the criteria then it normally takes
6 to 8 weeks for revalidation.

web site, under US visa revalidation.

I have one H1 stamping done when I first came here to US.

its been more than a year the stamping exired on the passport however I have got the H1 extension and did not get the stamping done.
