Revalidation/Stamping in Mumbai - Please Help

Hello, I am a Physician on a H1 visa from India

I want to go to India to visit my family (daughters and wife)

My H1 visa stamp has expired though I am on status. I understand I have to get it stamped in India, mumbai

When i try to schedule an appointment I get the next available date as August and when I try Emergency appointment (Which i think I qualify as working in the USA) the next date available is MArch, however it does not allow me to schedule for May or June when i want to go..

Is there a way to schedule an emergency appointment at that time... I am trying this online...

Do I qualify for Emergency Appointment ?
I would really appreciate any help in this regard

Yes, you can take emergency appointment since you qualify.
However, you have to choose dates shown to you on the website. You cannot select anything else. If they show March then only that dates are currently selectable. For may/june emergency dates you have to keep checking the website everyday and get the dates when available. It sucks!!
