Revalidation Question

I applied for my H-1B in February and got it approved in May. However I was promoted to a different job title in May. The job responsibilities remaining the same as mentioned on the original LCA with the H-1B.
I need some advice on how to word the letter that gets sent to US DOS. I have stated that this is a title change and duties are the same. Is this sufficient?
