Please let me know Do i have to send my orignal I-129 for revalidation of my visa.

That\'s not even possible ...

You (or your lawyer) must have submitted the original I-129 to the INS, in response to which they would have issued the I-797 to you. So, your only option would be to submit a copy of the original application form.
