Hi,
I am trying to revalidate my new H1B extension and looking for the docs, which I need to send to St. Louis, on the net. I surprisingly found an article and it says "A visa may be revalidated if it has a remaining validity of not more than sixty (60) days, or has not been expired for more than one year.".
My previous VISA has expired 14 months ago. So I think I can't revalidate it here in US ( please comment ). If I can't make it here, what is the best way to get stamped.
Any help is really appriciated.
Thanks
