Revalidation of VISA after I140 approval

I got my I140 approved, but
My H1-B stamped visa is expiring and my current H1 is good thru jan 2005. I never used EAD and I485 is pending approval.
Can I send my pp to get my visa revalidated. Please advise. Thanks!
 
Yes you can. You can send it for stamping and it will come back within the advertised time of BCIS. I did this last year when my 485 was pending and after giving first FP. It came back in 6 weeks.

Reg EAD~ H1b validation

I am waiting for my 1-140 approval, My Ead Approved But till now i didnt used , Now i am planning used my EAD for part time job . Is it Creates any problem for Future employee GC Process!!!Please advise...
My H1-B stamped visa is expired and my current approved 1-797/H1b is good thru jul 2006.
I never used EAD and I485 is pending approval.
Can I send my passport to get my visa revalidated. Please advise. Thanks!
 
If the visa is valid and if visa expired not more than 1 year ago then you can validate visa in USA
