I am a housewife living in Lahore pakistan. My huband is a green card holder. He filed an !-130 petition on my behalf .Its priority date is Sep14,1990.I was the main beneficiary and was accompanied by four kids.All of them got immigration with the passage of time and now are studying in USA .My husband is also there. But I am still waiting as i have not heard from the INS since 1990 again while my children have got their GC .I have heard That I can get V visa in this case. I know every detail about my case but unfortunately i have lost the receipt of the petition filed on my behalf on which my children got their green cards.But i know the receipt number ,the Date petition was files and where it was filed.
Please help me in this case.CAn I apply for v visa .I am going through great mental disturbance, as i am living alone with out my family.
