Revalidation in Chennai

Hello,

My six H1B period ends in october 2004, and the visa stamp on my passport expired on 31 may 2003. I need to revalidate my visa in chennai in March. Will there be a problem, considering that my 6 year period is coming to an end? Or is it better to send my revalidation papers to St Louis? My last visa stamp was issued in chennai. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Let me ask you one thing first,

You are saying you need to revalidate your Visa in Chennai in March.

What's there in your new I - 797 approval?Do you have I -94 with that or it says you need to go to Chennai for stamping?

If you have I-94 with that it's always better to get it stamped from St.Louis if there is no urgency.

I have an I-94 card, but i have to madras in March and there is no much time to send to St Louis for stamping and have it returned by then. Is there any problem getting it stamped it Chennai multiple times, especially now that my six year period is ending?
