Could somebody help me to prepare documents for L1-B visa revalidation ?
1. I have two I-94 forms: the one that I got when I entered US last time (expired), and the new one sent to me with the approval notice on visa extension. Which one should I send to US state department ?
2. Form DS-156 is intended for people who want to enter US. I already live and work in US for more than 3 years. How should I answer the following questions in the form:
- What is the purpose of your trip ?
- When do you indend to arrive in the US ?
- How long do you intend to stay in US ?
- Who will pay for your trip ?
- Have you ever been in the US (When ?, For how long ?)
3. Do I need to include a copy of original approval notice, or only current one ?
