I have 2 I-140's one under EB3 category with priority date of April 2002, and second one under EB2 with priority date of Aug 2006.
My EB3 i140 was filed as software engineer, while EB2 was under Marketing manager. Is it possible that I can use my EB3 priority date and file 485 with my approved Eb2.
Any help will be appreciated.
