I am planning to return back to my old employer within one year. I have approved i140 with my old employer under EB3 with PD2011. I am returning to the same job within a year. My role is the same but my salary has increased almost by 40% since I changed job and negotiated my return. This is also almost double since my salary in 2011 when Perm and i140 was approved. Will I keep my i140 as is and wait until PD Is current or my old employer has to do PERM again once I return due to salary increase and I have to wait until PERM and I140 is approved again while I keep my PD? Thank you for your help.
