Should I inform anyone(INS) if returning to india(resigned job) after 4 years of H1B status. If yes, to whom should I inform and what format, please answer my question.
when you leave the USA with the airline counter clerk...they will know that you have left the country ( well atleast in theory ). If you are planning on coming back..it will be nice to have a copy of the I-94 for your records, your airline ticket stubs and the photocopy of the passport page where the indian immigration has stamped your passport for entry.
