Sure, you\'ll have bad credit history for one, and the image of your country and H1B visa-holders in general will deteriorate further and other H1B holders and your countryment will pay the consequences by getting their loan/credit card applications denied and they will all be suspect!
Is that what you really wanna do ?
Do the right thing. Pay whatever you can, and pay the balance later as and when possible. Talk to your financial institution if any arrangements can be made. And do some hard thinking before getting into debt traps resulting from your (reckless ?) spending!
