Returning on h1 after GC denied and 6 year ..

I would appreciate if any one can tell me the possibilities of me coming back on h1b
presently my -I -140 and subsequently 1-485 are denied (educatiuon issues)

My six year H1b term ends september.

Will I be stopped at consulate in India when i go for stamping with new visa after a year out of USA, because I filed for GC previously?

You can apply for 7th yr ext based on your approved labor with 140 appeal/motion to reopen receipt. you shoud n't be having any h1-gaps.(expired h1)
