I applied for my labor certification in July 2001 under RIR in California. My Labor application was returned giving us 3 options.
1) to withdraw application
2) application be remanded to SWA for regular processing (Non RIR)
3) Continue processing as RIR.
If we opt for option 3, my employer must publish 1 advertisement and allow atleast 2 weeks for U.S workers to respond and furnish the results to the Labor dept. I am guessing some of you are going through the same thing. Want to know which is a better option. Did any one have any success trying the 3'rd option. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
