returned item (supporting i-130 pics) from uscis, should i resend

HI,

USCIS returned the pictures in an album due to the fact that it can't be put in a folder for officer review...

I read somewhere that i should send in pictures in album but i guess not...

So what do i do next? should i use a printer to print them out on a4 papers and send back in? or do i take the pictures out and put all pics in an envelop then send it back in??
