Returned by employer after a remand

Hello Experts!!,

I checked the status of my application by calling the 214-767-4975 for Texas state and got this reply:
"Returned by employer after a remand" what does this mean?? :confused:

It means your case has been returned to SWA for processing as Non RIR case. You will keep your original PD & will be processed when Non RIR reaches your PD
