Return with AP

My wife returned with AP earlier this month. Her AP's expiration date is 08/22/03 and the immigration officer put 08/22/03 on both the entry stamps on the AP and passport.

Do we need to do anything about that? What is her status after 08/22/03? Thanks a lot.

I do not understnad your question completely...
Officers at Port of entry will ofcourse stamp one copy of AP and the passport. You do not have to do anything about it. Ideally, the applicant will be paroled until the AP expiration date.
Your status in US has nothing to do with AP. However, if you want to leave this country you need to apply for the extension of AP.

When I returned with AP back to the states in April, 2002. On the entry stamps, the officer put "Paroled Indef". This time, when my wife returned with AP, the officer put the AP expiration date "08/22/03" on the stamps in stead, which means paroled until the AP expiration date. Right?

What is the difference between "Paroled indef" and "Paroled until mm/dd/yy" for I-485 applicants? Any idea? Thanks for response.

don't bother

get an AP for further travels. paroled indefinitely would be the right thing to do, but I too got paroled till AP expiry on entry. but that doesn't mean anything.
