Return with AP

Does anybody knows if INS officer will stamp on your passport when you come back to US with valid AP?

Usually the INS stamps the passport on entry...although they hav been erratic in my case..once on an H1 entry he stamped only the I-94..not the passport..and on multiple entries from Canada it was never stamped. The usual procedure is to stamp AP and stamp passport..but they very well could only stamp AP.

Just came in US using AP on 23rd march at LAX. They will stamp your passport , Parole copy and I94 with parole stamp of the validity of 1 year.
