I would appreciate if someone could advice me. Here is my situation :
Our PD is 2004, EB3 employment based. Namecheck and finger print has been cleared and the case is at TSC waiting for visa number allocation(not sure when this can happen..).
However, we will be returning back to India for good in the month of Jan'08. I was wondering if we could change AOS to CP? I understand from this forum threads that we could submit form I-824. Now, my question is can I submit this form couple of days before I leave to India. What is the mailing address, home/business address I should specify on this form, is it going to be address in India? Also, while I am AOS I have changed my jobs couple of times, the job position being the same, but have not submitted AC 21. Now if I apply form I-824, do I have to submit AC 21 informing about employment change. In the I - 824 form, what should I be mentioning for organization/company name, since I will be working in India?
